Site excavation and grading to convert a former occupied property into two separate 2-acre commercial buildings. Work entailed site clearing, cut/fill grading with material management, foundation demolition, transit pipe abatement, underground domestic and fire water mains, sewer main, site lighting, numerous drainage structures and pipe, and three large underground infiltration systems.
