Development of a 26-acre wooded area into a 46-lot housing project with newly constructed roads and utilities. Removal and re-use of topsoil, along with substantial blasting and processing of ledge to complete mass grading earthwork. Constructing 3,400 linear feet of roadways for future town use, including public utilities such as drainage, water main, sewer, electric, and telecommunications. Other work included significant pedestrian improvements, including sidewalks and street lighting. Off- site work included re-profiling, widening and asphalt paving of the existing municipal roadway along the entrance to the sub-division project. House lot work including, excavation and backfilled with water, sewer, telecommunications, and electric utilities as well as roof drain recharge systems.
