A large-scale industrial development featuring two tilt-up warehouse buildings and off-site upgrades, including a complex MassDOT Park & Ride improvement. The 33-acre former gravel pit required extensive excavation and processing of unsuitable materials, which Onyx successfully reclaimed for structural use—saving the client significant time and cost. The project included 4,000 feet of new water infrastructure, six subsurface infiltration systems, and two sewer lift stations with 3,000 feet of force main, all meeting strict municipal standards. Through innovative value engineering, Onyx optimized four large retaining walls, achieving major cost and schedule efficiencies.
