The project is a residential development consisting of the construction of a 13-lot subdivision housing with one residential duplex dwelling per lot. Our crew constructed an elevated section of roadway through a sensitive wetland area that will be supported by two large retaining walls. The project also includes parking, associated drainage, stormwater management systems, utilities, landscaping, and an engineered septic treatment system along with other site development features.
