Onyx partnered with Powell Stone and gravel to assist in the site work associated with a 600,000-sf distribution facility on a 50 acre site at Theodore Drive in Westminster, MA. The project dubbed “Project Sandbox” included loading and hauling earth, crushing materials, culvert installation, and blast rock wall construction. Onyx also worked with subcontractors for drilling and blasting and block wall construction. Construction began in August 2024, and Onyx worked diligently through the winter months to stay on the project schedule. The Onyx scope of work was completed in mid-August 2025.
