This project is a collaboration with a repeat client. Onyx completed the landscape and pool on their house in 2020. Our clients purchased a new home and brought Onyx in the renovate the landscape- including pool renovation, new masonry walls and steps, patio areas, reset existing terraces, extensive grading and new plantings. Landscape design is by local landscape architect Elizabeth Morss, who also designed their previous landscape.
The property will be mostly planted, with an emphasis on low maintenance species, seasonal color and inclusion of an expansive wildflower meadow. During the beginning phases of site development, Onyx’s Site Work & Civil Infrastructure division completed excavation for the house foundation, installation of drainage systems, septic system, utilities and subgrading.
