Site excavation and grading for a 372,000 SF warehouse located on a 32-acre site that was previously a pond filled with rubble debris. Work included strategic excavation and dewatering to depths of 40 ft below surface elevations to replace rubble debris and organics with structural fill within the building envelope zone of influence. Major drainage construction components included underground infiltration systems, water quality units, drainage pipe and structures, as well as detention basins. Other site work included tree clearing and grubbing, roadway widening, water line asbestos abatement, site lighting, landscaping, domestic and fire water line piping. Sewer utility work included construction of a large leaching field with associated tanks, pumps, force and gravity mains.
