For these clients, the project began with the construction of a new barn—a structure that establishes a clear boundary between the main house and the arrival parking area. Positioned strategically, the barn virtually screens the new pool area from the driveway, creating a sense of privacy and separation. Granite pavers surround the pool and lead to a sun-filled seating terrace. From the parking area, large Goshen stone steps guide visitors to the front door, flanked by swaths of perennials.
