Performing earthwork, site utilities, aggregate & offsite improvements for a 177,225 SF Speculative Warehouse. The offsite improvements include extending the existing driveway by 3,700 LF with full depth reconstruction including new utility lines leading up the entire length of road to infiltration units and implementing a retaining wall as part of the driveway work. The site/warehouse work includes mass grading, basin construction, and deep dynamic compaction to stabilize the area all with an extremely high water table to contend with and a tight build scheme/schedule.
